under the conditions and according to the terms detailed below.

Also, during the user’s first visit to the Site, they are asked if they accept cookies that require their consent, classified into different categories according to the purpose pursued, before installing them on their computer or terminal. Cookies subject to such consent are only placed if the user expressly accepts them either globally or distributively for each cookie purpose concerned within our cookie management module (see module intended to allow the user to consent to the use of cookies or to refuse such use, depending on the purposes pursued by said cookies).

Important :

  • In cases where your consent is required, such consent is strictly optional, and you can refuse to give it to us. In any case, if you give your consent to the installation and reading of all or part of these cookies, you will of course have the possibility of withdrawing your consent subsequently at any time by means of the cookie management module .
  • Furthermore, unless you express a contrary wish by means of our cookie management module under the conditions and according to the modalities detailed below, your choice (global consent, partial consent or refusal) will be retained for a period of 6 months, at the end of which you will be asked again to consent (or not) to the installation of such cookies.

4.2 Practical arrangements for collecting your choices regarding cookies (consent/refusal)

The cookie management module includes information for users on the cookies that may be installed/read in their terminal as a result of browsing the Site (see also the details of these cookies in the article 3 of this cookie management policy). It is displayed when the user first connects to our Site and then, regardless of the user’s choice (global consent, partial consent or refusal), is redisplayed every 6 months. It is also redisplayed if the user deletes their cookies using their browser features.

The module offers the user several choices:

  • either to generally consent to the use of all cookies, by clicking on “Ok for me”: all cookies will then be installed;
  • or to personalize their choices to manage more precisely the cookies they accept (or not), by clicking on “I choose”. In this case, cookies are “refused” by default and the user is invited to click on the button dedicated to each of the categories of cookies concerned within our cookie management module to choose the cookies that they accept (being specified that with regard to “operational” cookies, and therefore not subject to prior consent, the latter are installed by default and cannot be refused by the user via our cookie management module), the user must then save their choices by clicking on “Finish”. It is specified that in principle, cookies that the user has not expressly accepted are considered refused and will not be installed. This page also offers the Internet user the buttons “I accept everything” or “Check all” but also a “Return” button allowing you to return to the first page of the module.

To access our cookie management module, the user is invited to click on the following icon:

axeptio.png

available at the bottom of the page on all pages of our Site.

In any case, any consent on your part to the use of cookies may be freely, and at any time, withdrawn by means of an action of deactivation of one or more cookies, in accordance with the details set out below. .

You have several options at any time to modify the choices you may have made regarding cookies, in particular to withdraw your consent or oppose the use (see installation/reading of cookies in your terminal).

You can, at any time, simply and free of charge, in a distributive manner depending on the purposes pursued by said cookies, choose to withdraw your consent or oppose the use of cookies other than “operational” cookies on your computer or terminal. Thanks to the cookie management module.

To do this, simply click on the following icon available at the bottom of the page (see footer) on all pages of our Site, and:

  • click on the “I choose” button;
  • to be redirected to the module page allowing you to click on the buttons corresponding to cookies in order to choose which ones you wish to accept or refuse;
  • save your choices by clicking on “Finish”.

4.3.2 You can also, if you prefer, use the other options below.

a) Configuring your browser

If most browsers are configured by default and accept the installation of cookies, the user has the possibility, if he wishes, to choose in the settings of his browser to accept all cookies or to reject them systematically or yet to choose those which it accepts according to their transmitters (provided that this functionality is offered by its browser). The user can also regularly delete cookies from their terminal via their browser.

In any case, these operations must be carried out for each terminal: tablets, smartphones, computers, etc.

You can therefore freely configure your browsing software (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) so that cookies are:

  • accepted and saved on your computer or terminal: in this case the cookies integrated into the pages and content that you have consulted will be systematically recorded;
  • refused: in this case, the cookies integrated into the pages and content that you have consulted will not be recorded;
  • each time subject to a choice on your part: in this case, the recording of cookies will be subject each time to your acceptance or refusal.

To configure your choices for accepting or refusing cookies, it is necessary to take into account the configuration of each browser, as it is different and changes regularly. You must therefore refer to the help menu of your browser, which will allow you to know how to modify your cookie preferences. As examples:

Finally, it is clear that in the current state of technology, browsers:

  • do not all allow cookies to be distinguished according to their purposes (which means that you are often forced when configuring your choices to “accept all” or “refuse all”);
  • do not all allow the user to express the manifestation of valid consent (which results in the fact that despite your possible consent to cookies via your browser, we will ask you again for specific consent under the conditions and according to the aforementioned methods before any installation/reading by us of cookies subject to your consent);
  • do not all allow you to express a choice on technologies other than “cookies for navigation tracking purposes” in the strict sense of the term. Also, it is possible that certain cookies, trackers or other similar technologies are not blocked in principle (e.g.: device fingerprinting) and can still be installed and/or activated despite your refusal expressed as part of your browser settings.

Consequently, it is recommended, to manage your choices regarding cookies on the Site, to use the module dedicated to this purpose (see above).

b) Configuration via inter-professional digital advertising platforms

Several advertising professional platforms also offer the possibility for the user to define their preferences in terms of targeted/behavioral advertising implemented by the companies which are members. Generally speaking, these centralized mechanisms do not block the display of all advertisements but prevent the display of targeted/behavioral advertisements, adapted to the user’s interests which are defined according to their activity on the internet and their previous navigation.

As an example, the website youronlinechoices.com lists a large number of companies that work with websites to collect and use information necessary for behavioral/targeted advertising. This site is offered by digital advertising professionals grouped within the European association EDAA (European Digital Advertising Alliance) and managed in France by the Interactive Advertising Bureau France. This European platform is shared by hundreds of advertising professionals on the Internet and constitutes a centralized interface allowing the user to know the companies registered on this platform and which offer the possibility of refusing or accepting the display of targeted advertisements / behavioral on their terminal with regard to their navigation information: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/fr/controler-ses-cookies/.

You can in particular control and define your preferences in terms of targeted/behavioral advertising on this site by selecting or deselecting all companies or by defining your preferences company by company, it being specified that if necessary it is up to you to follow the same process. on each different browser you may use.

For another illustration, a similar platform published by the NAI (Network Advertising Initiative) accessible on the page https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1 also offers such features.

While these platforms may allow you to manage your targeted advertising preferences, they do not necessarily block advertising generally or the installation of all cookies.

Consequently, it is recommended, to manage your choices regarding cookies on the Site, to use the module dedicated to this purpose (see above).

c) Use of third-party tools available online

Some cookie publishers that we use on the Site offer dedicated opposition modules. It is therefore recommended that the user read the information pages referred to in the table above (see details of the cookies we use) in order to identify these modules if applicable.

For example, the user can see specific information about the Google Analytics opt-out add-on on the page: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=fr&ref_topic=2919631. You can also choose to deactivate Google Analytics cookies, directly by going to the following page: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4.3.3 Control your data

You can obtain information on how to control your data when browsing the internet on the website of the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties or “Cnil” (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/maitriser-mes-donnees, especially https://www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-les-outils-pour-les-maitriser). In this regard, third-party cookies are usually not necessary to take advantage of the resources available on the internet. If you wish to limit your traces, it is recommended to refuse them by default, referring to the advice of the CNIL.

5. Where can you obtain additional information regarding the processing of your personal data?

Cookies do not, as such, constitute personal data. However, they may lead to the collection of information classified as personal data and therefore the processing of such data.

In this regard, you are also informed that by consenting to the installation of all or part of the cookies, you consent for the purposes concerned to the processing of personal data concerning you collected by this means, it being specified that such processing may involve processing, combining and cross-referencing a significant volume of such data about you from various sources.

For all information relating to the processing of your personal data by the company, in particular the processing of personal data collected using cookies integrated into our Site.
